Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the shipment is handed over to the courier.

5. Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, unexpected delays may occur due to courier issues, incorrect/incomplete addresses, weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

BharatBuyzx is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the order.

7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs/videos of the package and contact us as soon as possible.

8. Delivery Confirmation

An order may be considered delivered once the courier service confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.

If you believe your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us promptly so we can assist you.
